George Nice & Sons installed the water, sanitary and storm sewers along with the roadways for this timeshare development that consist of six 3-story timeshare condominiums and a small residential community with club house, pool and related structures.  Located on a golf course  modifications were made to the driving range, tees and greens, maintenance building.

George Nice & Sons, Inc. is completing the site work for the installation of new turn lanes, median crossing and relocating several existing roads, under road boring was required to install utilities.

George Nice & Sons is involved with all site work and utilities for this new 117 new home subdivision.  A club house, pool and nature trails are included in the construction.  The site is located in a wooded area with gently rolling hills requiring several deep utility installations.
